South Western Circuit - Limerick - Circuit Court - Order Re: Hilary Term sittings begin 10 January 2022

I, Patricia Ryan, President of the Circuit Court, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Section 10 of the Courts of Justice Act 1947, and by other powers conferred on me, and having consulted the permanent Judge of the South Western Circuit, do hereby Order the following:           

1.         That the sitting of Limerick Circuit Court scheduled to begin on Tuesday 11^th January 2022 shall begin instead on Monday 10^th  January 2022 and shall continue for as long as it takes to deal with criminal and other business returned for Limerick.

2.         That this Order shall be published as soon as possible on www.courts.ie.
